  I bought my wife a phone case for Christmas but she didn't like it since it was waterproof and people couldn't understand her as it muffled her voice. She took it back (in perfect condition) when we returned from Christmas vacation for a refund since she was not happy with the performance. They informed us that any item not returned within two weeks could not be returned. We were not aware that we only had two weeks to return the case and we were out of town for Christmas vacation a little over two weeks. Staff was very friendly, but the company policy will keep me doing any further business with AT&T.

  This is the best at&t store I have ever been in. I always receive great service by excellent sales associates. They really work hard to get me the lowest and best plan to suit my needs. LOVE these guys!
