  I have to say one of the nicest and well spoken sales associates I have dealt with in years of coming to Jackson Hole and my family and I have been coming for 14 years now. Lisa is a jewel and Boot Barn should feel honored to have her, she is well spoken, well put together, very knowledgeable of the product and Jackson, entertaining, and fashionable which that store was in desperate need of since Steve left; we ended up purchasing about $400- worth of boots and boot care and sent friends of ours to see see her a couple of days later and they said they had the same experience. The other associates however seemed very uninvolved, dressed sloppy, stood around laying on racks when we did see them talking amongst themselves and stayed in the back the rest of hour 1/2 my husband and I were there- at one time there were 4 sales associates there but only 1 to greet and take care of the entire store. That is why this store gets a 3 star rating, and the clothes really could be a little more upscale.!
